Re-Tenanting

Property is occupied. Unknown condition. Tenants are vacating. This service includes photos and all other items listed in ‘Tenant Placement’ (above) but also includes:

• Move out Property Assessment–signed by existing tenants
• Working with existing tenants to smooth transition.
• Assess damage-obtain payment with existing tenants for any any damages
• In the event of contentious change over, will begin process service eviction service.
• Mail forwarding of post to old tenant.

(The key is to avoid eviction, because it only prolongs the process and possibly increases the change of property damage, while the Homeowner is not collecting rent)
