- Locating/Screening tenants,
- Before-After Photos (drone Youtube interior/exterior video link w/in 72 hours)
- lockbox on premises,
- Inspection–locating reliable vendors (2-3 quotes)—Full Service ‘Home Inspection’ available for additional $400,
- Expeditious tenant placement service using Zillow and other services using the Zillow suggested rent – 2 week
- Re-keying of the all doors.
- *working with HOA approval if necessary
- lease signing,
- Handover to owner-new tenants pay Homeowner using Zelle/Paypal, or other PM or Real Estate company
- Tax Form
